Copyright Complaint

Last updated: March 22, 2026

Our Position on Copyright

Streemba respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Streemba is a media player application only — we do not host, store, transmit, or distribute any audiovisual content.

All content accessed through Streemba is sourced entirely by the user through their own playlists (M3U URLs or Xtream Codes credentials). We have no control over, and no knowledge of, what content any user accesses.

Important Distinction

Because Streemba does not host or provide any content, we are unable to remove, block, or modify any streams or media files. If you believe that content accessible through a particular IPTV provider infringes your copyright, you should contact that provider directly.

Streemba functions similarly to a web browser or media player — it renders content provided by the user from external sources that we do not operate or control.

Filing a Complaint

If you believe that the Streemba application itself (not third-party content accessed through it) infringes on your copyright, you may submit a complaint to our designated agent. Please include the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the alleged infringing material is located within the Streemba application.
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Complaints

Copyright complaints regarding the Streemba application itself should be sent to:

copyright@streemba.app

Please note that complaints about content provided by third-party IPTV services should be directed to those services. Streemba cannot act on complaints regarding content we do not host or control.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and agreement to accept service of process.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

While Streemba does not host user content, we reserve the right to terminate access to the application for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable law.
