License Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Streemba, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
Description of Service
Streemba is an advanced IPTV media player that supports M3U and Xtream Codes user-added playlists. Streemba does not provide, host, distribute, or solicit any audiovisual content whatsoever.
The application is designed exclusively for use with the user's own playlists containing legally obtained content.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Streemba, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the playlists and content you add to the application.
- You must ensure that all content you access is legal and that you have full rights to use, view, and/or record such content.
- You will not use Streemba to access, stream, or distribute copyright-protected material without explicit permission from the copyright holder.
- You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding media consumption and copyright.
Intellectual Property
The Streemba application, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is the intellectual property of Streemba and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
No Warranty
Streemba is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streemba and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We are not responsible for any misuse of copyrighted or third-party content accessed through our software. Users bear full responsibility for ensuring their content is legal.
Third-Party Content
Streemba has no affiliation with any third-party IPTV provider, content creator, or content distributor. Any content accessed through the application is entirely user-sourced and user-managed.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Streemba after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
